Common Questions Answered
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a powerful method that helps you quickly uncover and change the root causes of emotional blocks, negative beliefs, and unwanted behaviors. Using a unique combination of hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and cognitive tools, RTT® works with the subconscious mind to create deep and lasting transformation — often in just a few sessions.

Is RTT suitable for all ages?
RTT® can be effective for people of all ages. However, at Sally Milan Therapy, online sessions are available for clients 18 years and older.

How many RTT sessions will I need?
Many clients experience significant breakthroughs after just one to three sessions, depending on the issue. Some deeper or long-standing challenges may benefit from additional support. During your discovery call, we’ll discuss your issues, fill in the intake form and discuss your goals.
Is RTT just as effective online as it is in person?
Yes — RTT® is highly effective both online and in person.
Because it works in a deeply relaxed state, what truly matters is that you feel safe and comfortable. Many clients actually prefer online sessions not only for the comfort of their own space, but also because they’re located in different countries around the world.
